Colin Chapman, a third-generation real estate agent, began his career in 2011, joining the family business established in 1971. Starting at entry level, Colin set out to learn every facet of the industry under the mentorship of his father, David Chapman. Working within the family company, he gained hands-on experience across property management, residential sales, and the strata division. Colin brings a unique approach to real estate—actively managing a portfolio while also handling residential sales—allowing each discipline to complement and strengthen the other. In recent years, Colin and Clare Carney  transitioned to Dalton Partners Property Management, combining their loyal client bases with a shared focus on delivering expert service in both property management and sales.
